A home away from my home. Every time I walk into Industrious I feel so happy to work in a comfortable, warm, and clean place. Their services are incredible. Get hungry while working? They’ve got a fully stocked kitchen always and hot coffee whenever you need it. The staff is lovely and very accommodating to all my needs. I am thankful to have Industrious this year to get out of my house and have a change of scenery!
I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience at this Industrious location. As a solopreneur, this space is absolutely wonderful to work in -- to the beautiful rooms and communal spaces, to the well-crafted and delicious snacks and drinks, to the convenience of the location, to the people that make up this amazing community -- this is the place to be right now! The Industrious team at this location is TOP NOTCH and I rarely use caps, but it feels necessary because they truly are. They go above and beyond to make this space a living, breathing community. They consistently prioritize safety to keep us all healthy and feeling safe while we work, which is so appreciated during these times. All of above allows me feel so creatively inspired every time I work out of this space. Highly recommend joining!
Great space. Great amenities. Most importantly, the industrious team has been instrumental in creating an amazing work environment and they deserve some recognition. They have been incredibly attentive to every request we have made and they have gone above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and safe during these challenging times. Kudos!
Having worked in numerous coworking spaces in Philadelphia (multiple weworks, pipeline, taskup, makeoffice, others) I can confidently say that Industrious is ahead of their competition, particularly the Fashion District Mall location.
Why?
- Spacious.
My 2 person office fits 3 desks comfortably, without feeling crammed. At other places, our office size would be pricier.
- Amenities.
Breakfast, snacks, drinks, etc. are great. I don't even buy lunch anymore because I fill up on their awesome snacks and breakfast.
- People.
This is their key differentiator. They are focused on our experience. They keep us in mind and bring to us solutions even before we tell them our problem. Their positive work culture helps us grow and maintain ours.
- Other Things.
public transportation accessible, private bike racks, close to Chinatown, Reading Terminal, Shops (makes it simple to run errands in between meetings), etc. etc.
- Would I choose Industrious again? Yes (we have extended our lease already)
- Would I recommend Industrious to a friend? Yes (I already have)
