I have requested a document in April 2020 and then in each month I have passed through it twice, but I have not achieved anything. They always didn't have time for me. I do not advise anyone else to work with this bank and I will change banks as soon as possible.
I put a star because I can't put less. Unpleasant as they are alone, at the window already and the colleague comes out because he wants to go to lunch leaving unattended ... and on top of that he endures that he tells you that he is going to starve to death! Excellent Bank and very friendly staff although as it happens lately in all the Bank Offices little staff for the number of clients
Good location, regular treatment. It seems that although they are from the same group, they do not feel comfortable working with OpenBank
