Vivo en la urbanizaciin Portomar. "Nunca" entregan los paquetes al interesado y pocas veces se lo dan al portero, ni siquiera los documentos certificados. Un desastre.
They comply with all the hygienic regulations to raja table. During the summer it is very crowded and you have to wait a bit. I have had some incident with the deliveries and they have resolved them instantly, both by calling the delivery person and modifying the delivery address.

I have requested the services of this branch on several occasions and they have treated me very well. They are not the fastest, but they offer a good overall service. Very clean inside.
Desperate waiting, I had to go home more than once with the package and come back the next day, today more than half an hour and back with the package, although the treatment is excellent, but slow, slow, slow !!! !!!!!
The service on the premises is very good BUT the repatidores are very bad !!! liars !! I have lost packages sent by amazon that have never arrived and they were delivered !!! Surely not all of them are so bad but as always a rotten fish contaminates the whole basket I hope they investigate it because the same thing has happened to many of us. thanks
