I absolutely LOVE working at Novel. I have a dedicated desk here and it makes working remote so much more productive. I love that there is ample meeting space and many areas to work when I want to spend some time away from my desk and really focus. The staff is so kind and supportive. Kelsey does an amazing job taking care of us and making sure we have everything we need.
This place is all you could ask for. Lots of light and windows, a balcony, an espresso machine that makes delicious drinks... My fellow coworkers are wonderful to talk to and it never gets too loud or crowded. Plus the warmth of things like sharing holiday cookies and potlucks keeps an extrovert like me from feeling too lonely, even though the rest of my team is scattered all over the country.
I initially seemed out Novel because it was the cheapest place downtown and they were the ones who got back to me first. Little did I know I would find an amazing home away from home, a community, and new local work family. I love it here and highly recommend it.
I really love how the modern feel to the office I really enjoy all the network opportunities that are set up for us. I really feel that it was an amazing move for our team. And the girls that run our office are always super helpful in so many ways. I would and have highly recommend this location to anyone in need of office or co-working space.
I have a co-working membership and love working here. The place is generally quiet and the whole space has a nice aesthetic. The place feels very open. They have an honor market with snacks and drinks you can buy through the app on your phone, very helpful when you need a shot of cold brew at 3PM and don't want to leave.
Ali and Kelsey always have an event or activity going on that promotes people to socialize, which helps break the ice. Novel seems more community-centric than other spaces and it helps create a nice atmosphere.

Novel really does it right. They buy the building giving them full control of the experience. Offices are generally quite, right in the heart of downtown and the coffee machine is amazing.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I actually signed a lease the same time as my friends did.
Novel is an amazing value. I really enjoy my coworking membership. It's been great networking with the others that work here. The espresso machine is pretty good. Never too crowded. Only gets a bit noisy around lunch time in the common kitchen area. Always a phone booth available. Ali and Kelsey really help make things great here.
