This is the perfect place to set up your private office, or to use their very efficient co-working space instead (which is extremly spacious and well spread out). This office building is immaculately maintained. The Owner and the Front Office Manager are both so nice and helpful. The rental rates for the private offices vary based on the size of the space (as is the case in every office building) and the rates are quite reasonable considering the high quality super-fast internet, the beautiful decor, the great location and the other nice ammenities. I highly recommend this place.
Great owners, beautiful space, well priced. Give them a call for info regarding availability before making a plans, prices and info on site are definitely accurate.
Response to the owner: In a world where you could have taken 5 minutes to update your website to accurately reflect the starting price for the offices that you do have for rent; you chose to advertise office spaces using the price of unavailable units. Then you went ahead and took a meeting with me, showed me the space, and only then did you mention the price was substantially different than the advertised price. I will politely decline your offer to check back in the future.
This coworking office space is like a little "best kept secret" in Altamonte Springs. It's super quiet and comfortable and it's in close proximity to everything. The monthly membership is pretty affordable too, considering the amenities this place has. Free snacks and coffee and REALLY fast internet... I think the manager said it was fiber optic. Idk much about that but I have zero problems getting my work done because of it. If your looking for a place to run your small business while maintaining a low overhead, I highly recommend this place. I love it. :)
