I went into the store for a pick up only to find that though I was shopping online at this store in particular it had placed the order with another store in a different state entirely. Rather than offer any assistance or guidance I was handed a phone number and told to call them. I went and checked the aisle and got the printer ink I needed rather than wait who knows how long and went to buy it. Rather than anyone offering assistance I had to ask if I could buy the ink. Then after I bought my ink and left i called the number to ask how I would request a refund and was put on hold then the representative disconnected. Now I remember why I usually go to Best Buy or Amazon .
Would like to thank Zeke for helping me with printing. A little complicated getting file and finding what I needed but he was very professional and extremely polite. I believe his name was Zeke, but the young man who worked Saturday morning at this store in printing department. Thank you so much!

Need to take down all your fedex signs if you don't do fedex shipping ..... what a waste of time going to ups ... f this place...
I was in this store for over an hour and not one person even acknowledged that I was in the store even when passing by me I was never spoken to. When I was ready to check out there was nobody at the registers and it took a while for someone to even notice I was standing there waiting. This location definitely needs to be reminded of what customer service is and learn how to use it.
