Solid setup in this little surf town. I feel like I can get into work mode, even when I'm steps from the beach... which is amazing and necessary. Allison, the Community Manager, is also so so wonderful! She's super kind, and fun - always a good day when she's there. : )

You will only enhance your focus, determination & scaling. Also the quality of mentors are exceptional. They have fun member events every month - lunches, happy hours & this month salsa dancing ❤️ it’s a wonderful community.
I have been coming to BLOC for a few years and it is the best place to work. The staff and other co-workers are friendly, hard working and make the place special. The view from Solana Beach is not bad either! I would recommend this place for anyone looking for an option away from home that is clean, safe, and full of amenities. All locations are in incredible and in great areas of North County for walk-ability.
Having filmed projects in studios around the country, I can’t overstate the magnificent job the architects of The Film Hub have done in creating this unique community. The studio facility is top notch, with in-house industry experts ready to assist. Our virtual conference was a smashing success thanks to Lauren, Jim, and many others in the community who helped make it happen. I highly recommend them.
I've said this before and I'll say it again, if any of the BLOC locations were closer to me, I would sign up in a heartbeat! These have got to be the coolest co-working spaces in San Diego. They've got everything from kitchen amenities to conference rooms to lockers and more. To top it all off, the staff is so nice, friendly, helpful and down to earth!

I love working out of Avanti. It has the modern office and community feel that many are looking to engage in for business. The conference rooms have the most amazing upgrades, there are many amenities and lots of places to lounge. It's even nice to just stop in and have lunch. Aside from all the beautiful modern decor, what makes this place most special are the staff that are really dedicated to making sure everyone has a great experience. Come in, check it out and stay a while. I know you'll love it... :-D
We moved into WorkSpace just over a year ago and have really loved our experience having an office here! Starting with working out of home and then moving into this office environment has been a great experience! So many co-working spaces are focused much more on the co-working area rather than providing many private office options. WorkSpace is a great balance of lots of private offices as well as some great co-working and communal areas. One of my favorite parts about my office here is the community! There are so many great people and businesses working here and we are truly blessed to be a part of this community!
Wonderful company to work with and rent from. They were always extremely easy to get ahold of, prompt and straightforward. The common spaces were always well maintained and the neighbors are very kind and courteous.
Co-Work at Tower 7 is an incredibly comfortable and inviting work space. It has a relaxed ambiance that makes focusing on my work easy and stress-free. I was able to get some fresh air on the back patio space and take a short walk down to the beach. I highly recommend Tower 7– go check it out for yourself!
Fantastic space in a very convenient location. Well designed with electronic adjustable height desks for us "standers", a great kitchen, big clean restrooms and adequate telephone rooms. The bluetooth, app-based access system is really cool and easy to use.
Melissa is a great host and keeps everything running smoothly. Partitions between the common area work spaces provides good privacy and appropriate social distance, and the perimeter offices are great for small teams or those needing more privacy. It's among the smaller more "boutique" co-work offices I've seen, so I envision a nice community feel as it continues to ramp up. I highly recommend.
