Actually, the place is historical. The oldest publishing house, newspapers, magazines, books, textbooks, postcards, calendars, certificates of honor and hundreds of other types of printed materials were printed in this building. A huge printing plant worked around the clock and passing at night along the street. Figner (now Varvarskaya) in the basement windows could be seen how the workers were typing the text of tomorrow's morning newspaper, with their hands putting metal letters in special frames. And above them, on the floor above, were the editorial offices and other services. The director of this splendor was K.M. Gorev, who died in the 90s of a heart attack when he learned that the new white building of the combine at the junction of Kovalikha and Varvarka was mortgaged to the bank for debts on a scam loan taken on the security of this building by the then city authorities.

Admission is free without payment, which is very convenient, polite staff at the entrance. There is a wardrobe, a small cafe, as well as a sale of branded clothing. The installation itself looks amazing. The atmosphere inside is meditative, completely immersing you in what you see. You feel yourself in a time machine that takes you from the present to the past and back.
Nice, calm place to work. There are different options for workplaces (in the common room, capsule, office). Around shops and cafes for snacks. There is a park nearby where you can unwind during your break. Prices in the coworking space are affordable. This is probably the best coworking space in the city right now.

From February 3 to February 06, 2020 we were with the group at a seminar in Nizhny Novgorod. Hostel 515 became a temporary cozy house for all 5 people. As they say successfully, we drove cleanly, comfortably and at home warmly and ended comfortably in all meanings of the word. Thank you very much to Eugenia for the reception and for the help during my stay in Nizhny Novgorod.
And yes Friends I almost forgot the Hostel located in the historical center of the city. All recommend ....
An ideal place in the city for work. Beautiful interior with high ceilings. Free: Wi-Fi, paper, printer, tea, cookies :))
There are great places to meet with visitors and customers. For larger meetings, there is a spacious conference room.
And it all works around the clock! Agony!
