Very nice hotel with good location in nice. Quick access to the main road to drive to different cities close around, like Villefranche-sur-Mer or Monaco.
Also nice location to go walking to the famous promenade of nice!
Important to remark, the service in the hotel is very good but specially thanks to Salem Zamoum who made the stay with my boyfriend fantastic. Helpful, attentive and lovely recommendations.
He was also funny with us and made the stay very pleasant.
Good hotel, clean room and very friendly staff.
Service - Service is good, classic Novotel. House keeping was also good and so was the continental breakfast.
Facilities - On the other hand, the elevators are very VERY slow; given that due to Covid-19, only one family at a time can enter an elevator, it makes it even slower than the anyway-extremely-slow elevators. That was very inconvenient and annoying for me personally.
They limit their free WiFi speed so if you want to stream Netflix or other forms of video you need to pay extra. This was also annoying.
The swimming pool was nice albeit small.
Rooms- Room furnishing and carpet were ok, 3 star level. The only issue I had with the room is that we had an outlet only one one side of our bed and the only other outlet was across the the other side of the room, so it was impossible for both of us to lay in bed and use the phone at the same time, which was also somewhat inconvenient. Not terrible but for the price I expected more.
Location - is fairly central and has a tram st
station right outside the hotel, but it is not a walking distance from the beach. You need to take the tram and /or a bus, depends where you're going and whether or not you have young kids - in which case it will be harder.
Overall good experience but plenty of small annoying things that diminished our satisfaction from the stay
Good standard Novotel. Location just OK and is a few stops on the nearby tram to the beach. Goodnthough for short walk to Nice Riquier Station for Villefranche and Eze etc. Pool very small and has zero distancing unless you're sunbathing. Pool needs to have a booking system as was way too busy in covid era.
Very very friendly staff !! they helped us with printing some vouchers, i forgot my watch, and within 1 week, they sent it by mail to my home adress! merci bien! location, room, breakfast (try the awesome pancake machine!), everything was very good and exceeded our expectations!
