3 stars for the view and location only (convenience). Otherwise this hotel and its rooms/furniture/bathrooms have not been changed in 20 years (I've stayed here many times before going that far back) . Obvious signs of wear and tear everywhere.. With all the money they make, they should be reinvesting in improving the guest experience (no evidence of them doing that)
Very close to Clifton Hill, which is a bonus!! The rooms are nice, but the rooms need an upgrade. The rug in our room look kinda old and musty. And they should get new linens for the bed. Otherwise the beds are comfortable and the falls view never disappoints my husband and I when we stay there. We would go back again

Was a great stay but social distancing precautions should be enforced more. Barely any happened during our stay
Love it here. Couldn't get a better view of the falls. The outdoor pool is a wonderful area to spend time. Everything you would want to see is in walking distance and the staff have been amazing.
