Great show at the Upper Space in Niagara Falls tonight!! Needed a place to crash and found this on the third stop with friendly and helpful front desk attendants & great customer service. Parking was only $20 overnight which is a lot lower than the other places around!! *Cough cough all of them* also no hidden "resort fees" so that was great!! Affordable price for a night and a 7 minute walk to the falls. $69!! Check out my view of the falls ;)
Don’t be fooled by the nice lobby, the rooms are atrocious. Old. Dirty. Out-dated. What kind of hotel leaves old used toilet paper rolls for their guests? The balcony is falling apart and very unsafe. Shower and toilet leak all over the floor. The heat/AC unit doesn’t work in the room. No microwave. Duct tape on the door frame... for what? The phone looks like it has been through a tornado. Overall horrible experience and will never be staying here again.
One of the shadiest hotels in the area. Charges for every little thing. Added a “hotel fee” on top of the stay, this fee is not listed on the website. They overcharge customers and offer no explanations.
Awesome Staff! Thanks to Alex, Brittany and Bhati for being such Great Concierges! The cleaning staff were so great at making sure our rooms were neat and tidy even though we were staying for a week! Great location very close to everything within 5 to10 minutes. Next to Fun zone and tones of restaurants and lots to do and explore. Stay here if you want friendly, courteous and generous staff. Clean Hotel 3 star hotel with lots of classy touches. Very happy and will book again. They deserve more than 4 stars!!!
Clean and tidy. Could use a little updating in the rooms. Covid pricing is the pricing that should exist all the time.
Clean rooms, nice staff. I have stayed here at least 10 times already and I will definitely be back.
