People are standing in line outside in the cold waiting to get in after those inside exit the premise (since a max occupancy of has to be maintained). However, the staff inside is busy chatting instead of keeping a count of the number of people exiting. 2 people exited in front of my eyes but these 2 staff members were so lost chatting with each other that they did not pay attention of what's going on around them! What are they getting paid for?
The place is alive with lights and action. Really well designed "fun for the whole family" complex. We went on a weekday in February- which was like having VIP passes for Disney- not crowded- so we really got a great look at all the facilities. Its like a Casino for kids. Impressed with the whole area!
Excellently maintained facility, nice staff, all shoe sizes. Price is not cheap but not expensive either, it is appropriate. The lane broke for a couple of minutes and we got 15 min extra which was super nice. Note that the service from BP is sketchy though, and the place is a huge tie-in with the midway, so if your kids are going to be distracted bear that in mind. We had a lot of fun and would return next time.
It’s a great experience! They have really fun bowling alley and a few games station! We went for some pizza and went over to play bowling right a way ! The service is great and the food is pretty good, our pizza is amazing but a pit raw inside! But everything is good!! They really care about costumer experience! Definitely will come back to try more
Took the family bowling on our last day of trip. Bowling was $40/hour per lane and shoe rental was reasonable. The only downside was that the balls kept getting stuck behind the pins, so they had to be returned by a guy who had to keep going behind the pins. It happened 4 times. The pins were also resetting at the wrong times too. It credited my husbands score when it was my turn and my Initial lit up in yellow. It happened to a few of us throughout the game, which was wierd. Technological issue but it should be fixed. We may return again bc it was still a very fun time.
