The BizHaus staff are friendly and work diligently to foster a sense of community among the members. The office space itself is decorated nicely, there is ample parking, a standing bench area, a nice eating area, and private offices and open areas larger than other co-working spaces. Our team has been here for a few months and they've been very accommodating as we've grown into different private offices and open spaces within the building. I feel confident recommending the facility to anyone looking for an office space.
Absolutely love this place. We were scaling fast and didn’t have much time to find a big enough space for our team as wework didn’t have the space to accommodate us. Thankfully we found this place, Rachel has been amazing. She was able to facilitate us moving in with ease with much reasonable cost and a much more professional establishment. I’m always looking forward to the free breakfast in the morning :) I would highly suggest getting your start up or existing business in our community.
I love TechSpace – a great, clean, bright spot to work and connect with business professionals! The staff are attentive and friendly. And the offices offer a lot of room and everything you need to successfully work remotely. Especially during COVID times, I strongly recommend TechSpace as they're taking the pandemic very seriously. I always feel safe coming into the office. Check them out if you need a co-working space!
Joining PeopleSpace has been one of the best decisions I've made as a freelancer/consultant. Even though everyone is working on something different, there is a real sense of community that I haven't felt in a long time.
Haven't used this as a co-working space, but have attended workshops and meetings here. They were all very well-run thanks to the flexible set-up. Wayfare is beautifully decorated with plenty of outlets, snacks for a few bucks, and clean bathrooms. One of the best co-working spaces that I've seen.
I've been a fan of Wework for many years. They're friendly and accommodating they have various different plans for different price levels. They know how to be hospitable at their events and are great at event planning. They are clever with their marketing always finding fun innovative ways to keep people engaged. I definitely recommend it for the work from home Entrepeneurial minded person as well as the common socialites. A great way to get out of the Box and meet people while getting things done. Wework does an excellent job in fostering community in the workplace.

My new favorite "office" co-working space. Absolutely stunning environment with great conference rooms. The open space and private rooms are booked hourly with no monthly commitment. I'm a bit biased since I walk here from home, but super happy with the people and location. It's connected to Blue Bottle coffee so I may up spending more than I planned. :)
If you don't know WeWork then you should really educate yourself on the style work environment they provide for entrepreneurs all the way to corporations. This coworking space is the best way to grow your business at your own pace. Not only do you get to work closely with multiple agencies with diverse backgrounds but the networking here is like a breading grounds for new and longterm partnerships. I personally have found many opportunities that i would have never guessed would have happened if it wasn't for WeWork.
One of my colleagues introduced this place for me and now I am a big fan of this place. If you are looking for a space for private or business meeting, this place is perfect for such purpose. Will use this place for sure again soon. Thank you very much!!
I love this Regus property. Very nice and beautiful business center. The team members are super helpful and extremely professional. I needed some help with printing my documents and scanning. Ruth was kind and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using Regus for a long time!
It was an amazing office, a quality building with large and cheap offices. It was very modern and in a great location. Sadly though, the carpets were not very clean and reception was quite rude. We asked the receptionist about our appointment and he responded by saying “You don’t have an appointment, If you did my manager would have told me.”
I have been working in an office here at The Other Office for about a year now. There is a warm friendly culture and a lot of interesting and exciting companies operating here. The staff is friendly and very responsive. The offices, conference rooms, and shared kitchen/coffee areas are always kept clean and well-stocked. All in all, it is a very enjoyable place to work and the atmosphere is very conducive to staying productive and motivated.
I have been at WorkSpace for several months and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for co-working or office space in Orange County. I worked at another co-working spaces and toured many others before settling on this. Honestly, this has the best bang for your buck!
It has a great location (next to John Wayne - for those who like to travel, near Starbucks and food). Very respectful and friendly atmosphere. And the views from the office (see pictures) - there is nothing that can beat that. If all of that doesn't sell you - they have 2 beers (that's right 2!!!) on tap! What more could someone need in an office space. A fun, chill, and beautiful atmosphere!
Lastly, it has the sweetest and kindest, Community Manager (shoutout Katrina!), which is mission critical to having a great co-working experience :)
I love this place! The WeWork employees are all so friendly and caring! Everyone from the front desk squad to the cleaning crew to the amazing people who fix stuff, all of y’all ROCK!!! And the place itself? Whew, it’s beautiful. Clean, well decorated, and great amenities (like coffee and stuff). It would not be an overstatement to call it a cave of glory. Love you WeWork crew, y’all rock!
The staff at this work space is extremely professional and they go out of there way to assist you with anything. The atmosphere is elegant, clean, and modern with beautiful window views of the Newport bay and hills. The amenities they offer (coffee, tea, break room, etc...) are great for office work. Overall, this is a perfect professional environment for me to meet with clients and have a productive and pleasant workday!
I have been working at Premier Workspaces for almost a year. I would highly recommend this team to everyone. From the start of the leasing process, Alina was professional and extremely responsive - I have negotiated multiple leases with her now and you can tell that she is focused on win-win outcomes! Day-to-day service is lead by Nancy - she rocks. The front desk team (Nancy and Caitlin) is focused on solutions and ensuring that the tenants (they call us clients - love that) have everything they need. If you have mail, printing, shipping, or anything else they are right there to assist! I'm so grateful for this team. A giant thank you - without you, me and my clients would be struggling!
