Great working environment and cafe on 11 floor is amazing!
Cons: bathroom (men) on 10 floor could use better maintenance(this relates ONLY TO pressure valves which are leaking during flush). Sorry for details but this is something that has to get perma fixed and maintained
Our company moved to TechSpace Union Square in late 2010 and we've been very happy since. Great facility, smart design, quality services and tech infrastructure. Nice casual-yet-professional Silicon Alley vibe and terrific neighborhood...
Not enough private phone booths. Manager a bit harsh with customers
A great location, flexible office space, and a wonderful staff. Great for small to midsize firms since they provide flexibility, with the ability to change to a bigger office space as your firm grows. It is full-service so we did not have to worry about shipping mail, reception, or conference rooms since that is all provided by TechSpace. I especially loved the ability to network with other firms, small and large, during day-to-day as well as TechSpace sponsered events.
All in all - it is a great location with a great group of people always readily availble to help!
