Great place to work out..nary a Mellennial to be had tying up a machine texting on the virtues of Taylor Swift or Kanyea...much more personal attention from the trainers compared to a big box fitness center. You want to work out hard?..go to SNAP..you want to "hook up" and socialize?... go to LA, PF or GG...
