I can only recommend the apartment, it is furnished with so much attention to detail. For my daughter, the scope is a paradise. We do a lot, and no matter how tired she is, she still wants to go to the nursery. And even we adults have fun there. There are so many games, something for every age group. I would say that as an educator I would take over the room immediately without changing anything. ♥ ️ The area here is also so beautiful, the people here are very warm and accommodating. Christina and her husband are very helpful. We are here with 5 adults, one sleeping on the couch, which has a high quality mattress. There is a lot to see and discover here. I'm glad I came across this apartment.
Oh, I almost forgot the most important thing. The books that are lovingly on the shelf in the children's room are incredible. There is a great sauna and relaxation room for parents, also with books. By the way, you can take the books and games with you to your room.
The location is also mega, the lift is only a few minutes away.
We recommend! Super location - close to the lift, to shops and restaurants, a nice flat - with a sauna and a playroom for children, very helpful and nice owners. We are going next year!
We stayed for 1 week with 2 adults and a 7 year old in the Alban apartment (mid July). This is one of the 2 apartments in the house, this is on the ground floor. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is brand new (only finished in November 2019). The interior is modern Scandinavian, but also with lots of wood. Fits really well in the Stubai Valley, something completely different from the typical Alpine style.
Hostess Christina lives with the family next door and is super friendly and helpful. If something is missing in the apartment, please contact Christina directly.
The Stubai Card was included in the booking, super practical and pleasant. Especially with children :-)
You can adjust the existing sauna yourself (approx. 30 minutes before going to the sauna). Children's playroom available.
A washing machine is also available, with drying racks. The hiking boots can also be parked there.
The Elfer lift in Neustift is within walking distance, just like a Billa and an M-Price. In the village itself there are enough opportunities to eat out in the evening.
We had breakfast in the apartment and used the bread service from the baker. Just let Christina know what you want in the morning and it will be on your doorstep or even in front of your apartment in the morning.
The bathroom is big enough with a nice walk-in shower.
If the weather is nice, you can sit in the small garden after the hike.
There are plenty of excursions in the Stubai Valley. Something for every age!
