Brandy and Arionna are amazing. This space is clean, unique, private and state of the art with AV, sound and all your needs. We had some COVID needs and they met all of our expectations and more. They helped us with custom catering and unique foods. The all day coffee, friendly faces, easy parking make our Kick Off meeting incredible! Well worth the rental fee!
Brandy is AMAZING, she and her top notch staff are the best in town. The space is so inviting and I bring friends that come into town here for the wow factor. Southern hospitality at it's finest!!!
This is a must experience meeting space here in Nashville. The ambiance is everything, not to mention the friendly and professional staff. The amenities are exceptional. Brandy is a plus to the overall service and experience of Meet and Greet.
An update from 2 months ago: activity is picking back up but all the safety and cleaning protocols still are terrific. All that follows (as originally rated) is still true except that now I flipped the money to join as a member and do not regret it = A wonderful spot and worthy of a shout-out of praise during the gradual resumption of commercial activity in this age of CoVID pandemic. Totally worth strolling here if in Hillsboro Village for shopping, or even just coming for a peace & quiet spot. Even as a non-member, their accommodation for non-members who want to have some beverages and something from a small selection of breakfast and lunch style eats is small but super welcoming. I''ve been here at least a half dozen times since Nashville's Phase 1 of re-opening. The health practices look excellent. Both the interior and exterior spaces are gorgeous (the latter getting less pleasant unless you like the warm humid air).
We hosted an event for 40 people this weekend and the meet + greet staff was amazing. The venue space is perfect for groups and they had everything we needed. A special thank you to Arionna for helping us find a caterer and making sure our group was taken care of.
