Great business center with a lot of amenities. There is huge variety of the sizes of the office one can rent. On the ground floor there are great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Several parking options. Building has large windows, surrounding streets are relatively quiet and just across the railroad there is Gulch if you want to go out for a really nice lunch.
Some of the bldg guards have poor attitudes.
Just a cool area to eat shop and just hangout with friends
Security is tighter than your sister
Went at 8am and no one was there so building rep called him. The worker said he'd be back at 9:30am. Went back at 9:45am and was not there again. Then, when he was called again at 9:45am, he didn't answer his phone. Why is this location unattended?
