For me, a student, being able to meet people, print and have a high-performance Wi-Fi is essential at the moment.
The place is calm, to revise before the exams, it is a very good spot.
Gerald guided us well in our purchase and is a great help. He managed with the administrative side because we are not from Fleury and all the more so with the pandemic and the containment and curfews. He is a precious intermediary between our craftsman for the renovations and us. He was able to make himself available in order to resolve certain complicated situations. He is following our case closely and with great interest.

There is a bit of sound reverberation in the large room on the other hand and you can really hear people talking next door instead of working! It’s a bit silly to stay focused.

Super welcoming! They made us feel at home, gave us all we needed to work comfortably. Coffee is great. They have super affordable menu options. On top of that they speak perfect Spanish so it made everything easier to us! If you need a place to enjoy a coffee and/or need to work some that's the place.
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Good wifi and unlimited coffee as usual. Smaller than some Regus offices- business lounge has 4 chairs and 2 stools, but no pods, 3 extra stools near the kitchen area. Plenty of plugs. There is a fridge and kettle in the kitchen but no microwave. Too bad Regus doesn't have a downtown location in Montpellier! It's a 15-minute walk from the tram, there might be a bus that comes closer.
So far everything has been fine ...
Today it's been two months since I relaunched the agency for concerns about radiators and the exterior wall which supports the garage gate which threatens to fall, despite the reminders nothing helps. No answers, I'm seriously losing my patience !!

Excellent service and very helpful. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, we took a suite and we were very happy with the space! We stopped for one night to avoid driving for too long and it was the perfect place to rest with the family. The hotel is design, functional and comfortable.
