While you expect a certain amount of noise in a share ed office, the noise filters into the boardrooms!
Being a tall person, as I sat down to do my business, I knocked my head against the washroom cubicle door lock, as it's so close to the toilet. I spoke to the people at the reception, due to the fact that this is a health hazard & their only response was "oh sorry, we'll see what we can do". No offer of medical assistance, or even ice for the swelling on my head. Terrible customer service! Needs major improvement.

This facility has been great for training and meetings for us and our clientele. The boardroom is fully equipped and offers great ambience for training.
