Our organization is having a wonderful experience at Cocotiv. Jessica and John and the entire team are very responsive and have been incredibly accommodating with our ever changing needs. They are always professional, friendly, and proactive. The facilities and amenities are an added benefit and everything is always clean and well-maintained. They place a big importance on constant cleaning during COVID. I would highly recommend CoCoTiv for any size organization looking for a great space, good amenities and incredibly helpful staff.

The facilities and amenities were fantastic and everything was always clean and well-maintained. We looked at many coworking spaces and this one is by far the best! Plus, the convenient location to all parts of Charlotte made hosting meetings here so easy. Highly recommend for any size organization looking for a great space, good amenities and incredibly helpful staff.

My office has been here since late October, when I switched law firms. CoCoTiv has been a great place to work, both personally and professionally.
Our firm has been a member of Cocotiv with multiple private offices since they opened in June of 2018. We also sponsor the Regent Law conference room on the 7th floor. John and the staff have been great to work with and are always willing to go above and beyond to accomodate any specific needs we may have. We have also received many compliments from clients and other visitors about the quality of the space and it's amenities. We couldn't be happier with our decision to call Cocotiv home.
