At first, compared to other co-working spaces, I missed some cozyness. However, the special meeting rooms are gorgeous.
We had some internet bandwidth issues and were not happy with fees that are not usual for a co-working space like charging for water and coffee!! But the local team was very helpful and professional
For us as a tenant this new office appeared to be a complete disappointment. The problems are too many to even start describing. I would not go into the details of the facade and the building. Subjectively the orange ball at the top looks ridiculous and out of place, but that's my opinion of course ;)
The elevators are not intuitive and so many times I explained puzzled visitors how to get to the right floor. I still notice them just standing and scratching their heads. Outside rollers do not go down so the morning sunshine make it literally impossible to work behind the computer screen. In addition to that constant problems with the internet connection add up to the special DO experience. Many things here feel preposterous and overpriced. I would not rent here, there are better alternatives in the city.
Beautifuo building!
Super nice location! The equipment is very good and modern and the great view over Munich is amazing. I've also been to a couple of events. We were always well organized and the people on site were very competent, uncomplicated and friendly.
Super modern and new location that leaves you wanting for nothing! The roof terraces are an absolute highlight and offer a great view over Munich. The events that I was able to experience there were always well organized, and the employees were extremely competent and personable!
