It looks like a good place, I just went for a party and the party was great
The guy in charge (Jason) was completely unprofessional. I rented the place for my prom afterparty and he ended up scamming me out of my money and telling us to get off of his property after his refusal to answer sound questions. Upon arrival, he planned to cohost two events at once without any approval and tried to get away with mixing minors with intoxicated adults. DO NOT rent, he'll most likely try it again.
Whoever was driving the company car today around Marché Centrale is a tool. When I move coworking spaces I certainly will not consider Nomad when their representatives drive dangerously like morons.
