Terrible service and unprofessional.
I was ready to buy a guitar, amp, stand and strap but I thought the strings were a little to high. He said he could fix them if I could just wait a few days and pick it up later for 50 euro... oh, and the procedure would take him around 3 hours... to lower the strings... insane.
So if you are desperately in need for something, go, if you value service, look for other options.
Love this music shop. Lots of cool stuff, and the guy is very nice, and open to deals. He was also very helpful loading my new drum kit in the car.
Excellent support and customer service. They really go that extra mile to try to help. Well Done.
