A nice public workplace with free WiFi. Generally you can take a seat both at the tables or in low soft chairs. The only minus is that the staff isn't really friendly.
There is a cafeteria on the groundfloor with quite low prices. The cafeteria holder Valentina is very friendly.
The WC is quite old and without toilet paper, so be ready;)
Horrible.
Pros:
1. Free (no fees once you get the pass, which costs less than 1$);
Cons:
1. "Free Wi-Fi" might not work at all - I couldn't connect, the tech support tried to troubleshoot this but ended up saying "Sorry, there is nothing we can do". So I had to use my own mobile internet connection;
2. Always overcrowded hence constantly stuffy air. No air conditioning;
3. Very noisy - some kind of loud meetings are constantly taking place in the working space, plus the tram line nearby causes a lot of noise;
4. It is prohibited to bring coffee :-/
5. The canteen mentioned by other reviewers is only suitable if you are starving to death, otherwise I wouldn't risk eating the stuff offered in there;
6. Warning! There is no paper in the restroom lol. Bring your own if you don't want to get into a tough situation.

Well-organized workplaces. There is free wifi.
The library card cost 1.32 byn. It is possible to print or make a copy of the documents.
There is a very cheap buffet on the first floor of the library.
For a freelancer you can't imagine better!
It's good that there are such places in Minsk.
