Worst place ever to rent at, bad customer service, lack of follow up specially Daniella in Miami Area, my office have a broken AC for the past 2 months and even burned the other days, and not much of a care to myself and my employees, I am very disappointed with WeWork, so expensive for such a bad offices, I rather t9 be at home, I don’t feel safe, one day might as well my office will go on fire and the team at security building is aware of this yet till this day they just keep giving excuses and will get a resolution, it’s been over a month nothing is fixed, not only myself but also my team and even my clients feel the same about we work security building in miami . I hope someone from upper management contact me. Roy
Love the pkace and staff however parking nearby eas expensive and the neighborhood is not the safest one

Worked there for 8 months managing an ediscovery project. Would certainly recommend. Staff here is really nice, and also competent. Facility is well maintained, though it is an old building. We Work did a great job in renovating the space.
Staff is very efficient and friendly. They do have many events going on here...the elevators are kinda old and scary.
