We stayed there for 4 days, here are few pros and lots of cons of the property.
Pros:
#Location is great.
#Sea view rooms with balcony.
# Hotel has a convenient store.
Cons:
#Rooms are old, not remodeled, fixtures are falling apart.
# For the money they took from us for the sea view rooms with balcony, they gave us a 6th floor room and the view blocked by the lower level extended roof.
#Most of the Staff doesn't know English(Yes you are reading correct!!)
Because of that we lost half a day to do shopping all the household stuff which we could buy from the convenient store.
#Kitchen doesn't have any gas/induction range or electric kettle and paper towels.
# they provided 2 packet of coffee but no sugar or cream.
# room service is paid.
# difficult to enter and exit the property with a baby stroller as there's only one slop to move the luggage, strollers are not allowed.
Please please PLEASE do not be deceived by the pictures on the website and and these reviews. This hotel charged me $599 to stay in their run down suite. The rooms are EXTREMELY outdated and the decor is horrible, tacky, beat up, and old. There was different textures of hair laying everywhere, cracks on the ceiling, the beds squeaked, there was rust and mold in cracks and corners, the toilet was extremely hard to flush, and the tile on the floor was mismatched and lose. The room was EXTREMELY cold and the heat did not work. We were promised a Bay view that we did not get. I have never been so fooled in my life and I'm livid about this! I booked this through Booking.com. I feel so mislead and taken advantage of.
4 stars for the location, easy access to beach. Checkin process can improve, there is no one at the counter for 20 mins at a time and multiple times a day. Rooms were old but great views. Lobby is great, security lady was amazing and helpful. valet parking is included in resort fee and they were really quick. I got my car within couple minutes every single time. Definitely try mango juice at the hookah bar next to lobby.
Not the best place but definitely not the worst. I've stayed in great places so I wouldn't compare it to them....I would give 3.5 stars if this allowed me to but 4 would be unrealistic. Having parking is good and being by the beach. The room is a bit old....not too old but does have a small fridge and microwave.
Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, got interesting advices & tips about the city, supermarket, restaurants, bars. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!
