Went to Lake Como on three different occasions to find my perfect family vacation home. HPS was very patient with me each time, taking me anywhere and everywhere on the lake I wanted to search, even if they new it was a waste of time. They understood how important it was for me to see everything I needed to see in order to have peace with my final selection. HPS found me the best home suited for my family. They helped me every step of the way to make my purchase as smooth as possible and from overseas. Afterwards, they connected me with Holiday Property Builders so I could do the bit of remodeling to give the home my " stamp." HPB also worked closely with me and they did phenomenal work! They did their job in a quick and efficient manner without compromising quality. Unfortunately, I have another company doing my kitchen and that has not gone well but HPB is assisting me in getting this resolved. All employees at HPS and HPB have been wonderful to me. I highly recommend them all!
We had an issue with one of the properties. Viviana was so helpful, she immediately upgraded us to another house that was better suited. We would definitely consider HPS for buying or renting a property in the area.
