The space is really modern and the vibe from the place is amazing. I love that it's pet friendly so there's always a dog around to pet. The a/c system can be improved a lot, because if you think about it, using a/c units excessively goes against environmentally friendly policies. It's a good place to connect with new people and get to know what other people in the business is doing.
When it comes to co-working and networking I think this place has one of the most unique designs. The environment in general is positive, and the personal is very friendly.
The score is not higher as it has some issues to resolve. The temperature situation was a design problem, which doesn't allow to be as environmental friendly as we would expect. The temperature is very high on the second floor, making it almost impossible to work there. This situation was addressed in the beginning but the fact that there's 2 companies involved made it difficult to reach to a real solution. Impact Hub was always willing to listen, but we've never received the same posture from NOI.
Also, didn't particularly enjoy the fact that the meeting rooms where being rented, limiting the possibility to have sharing spaces.
Overall, if you're in a container or the first floor, it's a very fun place to work, and the locations is really strategic.
It is an excellent place. The environment is really good and there ara a lot of activities and events you can attend like meet ups or talks.
Great environment to work and to do some networking as well... Nos encantó trabajar allá.
I loved working there, the staff is always very helpful and polite.
