One of the worst hotels and particularly services I have recently seen. Started with an abuse by older man during check in at the reception. He expressed his suspect that I am going to bring more people to my booked triple room. Check in was at 3 p.m. I can accept old furniture and lack of facilities in the hotel, but moldy walls was a bit too much. No electricity sockets in the room which totally inconvenient during business trips. Flush in the rest room almost does not work. Dinner served a bit randomly and not completely. All complaints are safely ignored. I will not come back and do not recommend for others. Best regards to the staff.
This hotelier prefers to keep our money rather than refunding or crediting customers. Even though a second wave of Covid-19 is possible, travelers outside of Italy are not entitled to the same consumer protection laws for them. Despite several unanswered emails, this hotelier will not help you if you have any difficulties. It is for these reasons that I recommend that you do not use their services.

The hotel is in a fairly good location, beach across the street.
Delicious breakfasts.
Despite the fact that it is located by the quite busy street, it was very quiet and peaceful.
Easy to get to the city centre, where You can find good and affordable restaurants, where I recomend to have dinners.
Close to the Airport
Rather than hotel I would call it motel.
Location: Next to the sandy beach which is probably only positive thing. Bus stops to the city are infront of the hotel, in the evening when coming back you need to walk bit more as the D line finishes pretty early but not a big deal
Room: Tiny bathroom with leaking AC inside of the room and no WiFi. Also charging socket placement is horrible as well.
Staff: Receptionist are ok (once they notice you after chatting around), cleaners are good only they forget time to time full up the amenities
Breakfast and breakfast staff: Category on it's own. How many times you can mess up written and verbally confirmed order? 3 times and every other day and you still don't get everything from the list - not even coffee
In summary the place has a nice potential but needs some work to become 3 star hotel - bedside chargers, WiFi in the room and bit of a redesign in general. Plus it seemed like they are not fully prepared for non-italian speaking guests who wanted to help a bit Italian economy after the horrible corona lockdown period. Hopefully they'll improve for coming season
I like this hotel. The view is amazing, the rooms are clean, the staff very friendly and trying to help you with everything you need. Like in any other hotel of course it is always room for better, but overall it is a nice location.
