We were quitly sitting in the bar having a drink, as we always do when we stay at ibis. At 23h15 we called for a last drink but we were told we could not have a beer antwoord or any alcohol. When i sayd that has never happened in any other Ibis before we were very unfriendly told that if i had complaints i had to contact the manager. Few seconds later he even turned out the lights. I don't pay 120eu for such service. We don't feel welcome any more at Ibis. Never again. A regular Ibis cliënt. 04/09/19
It's a budget hotel but the service is really good. The breakfast spread is absolutely amazing. I really liked the hotel.

Nothing of special, not good, not bad. Really close to expo center and just in front to a little mall. We booked a double room for a few nights and we had a small (but clean) room with a small (but clean) bathroom (very similar to a boat bathroom in dimension and comfort), just one towel for person (we had to ask for a second one), the breakfast buffet costs 12 euros. It's ok, if you are not expecting anything else than a room for sleeping.
We were offered a handicapped peoples' room, lied to. The personnel is not that pleasent and the windows in the hotel cannot be opened?! The hotel has NO parking so you have to park to a nearby parking which, not being linked to the hotel, looks terrible, but is free. Wifi works everwhere, air conditioning too. The bathrooms are very clean. Breakfast is okay, but could bettter. One night, the alarm in the whole hotel went off at 3 AM thus waking all 5 floors up. There is also no refrigerstor in the rooms.
