+ Very nice place to work from (with awesome view!) and very nice staff. The manager and office admin were always very helpful and friendly. It is a very fresh, clean and well-kept space. Highly recommended for anyone who does not mind paying a ton of money :-)
- Extremely and insanely expensive, the company advertises a low rate co-working package to lure people in, then charges tons of extra money with hidden fees etc. Very difficult and expensive to get out of the contract too, so read the fine-print before you rent. Also, a huge negative is lack of cheap parking places nearby -- not recommended for people with cars, unless you can get a cheap roof parking space at the nearby Q-Park. Expect periodic trouble with the internet connection.
On balance, if you need a prestige office in the Västra Hamnen area and do not mind paying a lot more than other co-working office spaces in Malmö, this should be your new address :-)
Incredibly well organized. For the "small" company or association this is perfect. Incredibly friendly staff and perfectly decorated.
Nice premises in a nice location in the western harbor with a professional atmosphere. Good meeting room, coffee and service.
Nice owner who puts energy into the little extra and arranges nice activities for the tenants. Will probably fit the slightly smaller companies during growth past the startup / incubator stage
