This management company is staffed by genuine people - and for me, that is the most important fundamental. In my twenty five years dealing with many property management companies, since April 2016, Ringley have become the equal-best in my experience to date - not least because they are responsive to comments, and because of the outstanding quality of the people I have dealt with, so far. Five stars are for effort, willingness to listen, acknowledge issues, and for politeness.
I regret that I ever came across this so called property management company.
Words cannot express the incompetence of this firm. Nothing but hopeless promises from the word go. After 6 weeks of chasing them with dozens of emails, eventually managed to get a refund for a valuation that never materialised in the first place.
Had to threaten court proceeding before I eventually received a full refund.
This firm has no idea what customer service means let alone try to provide it.
the best property management organisation. friendly staff , very good place to work and learn, i was working in Ringley group for two weeks i enjoyed alot and the staff was behaving very good they are very helpful.
