Mindspace is a great co-working space. Very stylish and cool environment. I would recommend it for established companies, not startups. For startups, there isn’t any special support, networking, or concern for startups. You’re just renting space. Secondly, the process of paying your bill is absolutely mind numbing. Every month there is a fiasco where they say you didn’t pay your bill but you did. You need to reserve 1-2 hours every month to set aside for dealing with their invoicing and payment problems. Excluding the payment issues, staff is very friendly and helpful.
We've been at Mindspace since it first opened in December '17 and we still absolutely love it. The design and meeting rooms are great, the people are amazing and the community managers go out of their way to help you.
We've been in a number of coworking spaces and the Aldgate branch offers both functionality and the coworking hubbub environment whilst still feeling like you have your own space and aren't shouting over other companies. Great place to host events and having General Assembly downstairs is great!
Also, the massage therapist Emma is AMAZING.
Great shared space, lovely atmosphere and fab location. Love the vibe and the facilities. Recommended.

The staff at Mindspace are amazing. So lovely and genuinely care about their members. The space is lovely and the events are great! Would definitely recommend!
