The base is a Coworking full of empathy. Since the tour visit you feel part of the space somehow. Cozy, welcoming, free coffee and snacks and most important of all. Lu makes the difference on the spot. She is capable to inspire, promote community cohesion and taking the very best on what people has to offer, specially when it comes to creative and innovative outcomes. Not to mention the place is very well localized. In the heart of Lisbon and they have a lovely Wine Tasting Bar just next to it.

You Can Work Fast or Slow, Your Choice, But it’s a Great Place to Be
The Hare and The Tortoise is a new favorite among those who need a space to work. I’ve been several times and I’ll be back for sure.
The upstairs has a warm and welcoming vibe, and the downstairs is a great place to get work done or kick back and relax. There’s free coffee and tea ( and snacks!) and you feel welcomed right away. There’s also phone rooms, and I’m sure I forgot other details.
Let’s tackle the 5 big factors in choosing a coworking place to work: chairs, vibe, wifi, access, and community:
Chairs: The chairs are comfy and there are a variety to choose from. At the desks there are small, but comfortable rolly chairs, and I preferred this over other seating to do the bulk of my work.
Vibe: Great vibe. One of the best I’ve felt. Immediately you’ll feel a surge of productivity and creativity just by being in the space. It’s like magic. The host, Ana, is also extremely nice and welcomed me right away.
Wifi: Great. No problems. Download and upload speeds were reasonable.
Access: I accessed the space with the Croissant App. My biggest worry with using the app is that the door will be closed and no one will be there to meet you. Not the case here as Ana met me within the first few minutes of my first arrival and showed me around.
Community: Nice people and a calm and great place to get work done. There’s a yoga studio downstairs and warm spaces to hang out and linger with friends.
Overall, The Hare and The Tortoise is a top notch coworking space, and will become one of my mainstays for getting good quality work done. Show up and let’s co-work together! :)

Lots of digital nomads here, so they're a little older and more mature than the usual backpacker crowd, but it created a very pleasant vibe. The big issue I had is the lack of indoor common areas - virtually all the space is outside, which is not a problem when the weather is nice. If you need to be inside, your only free option is the kitchen, or be ready to pay 12 euro per day for the cowork area.

I spent just under one month working at Resvés and could have happily stayed much longer! The energy in this coworking space is very welcoming, due largely to Mariana the lovely community manager. She showed me around and made me feel at home right away. The desks are spacious, the common areas are clean and quiet and there are private phone booths and meeting rooms available for video calling. The weekly events including happy hour and community lunch made it easy to connect with other members. I would highly reccomend this coworking space to anyone community-driven freelancers who finds themselves in Lisbon!

THE BEST COWORKING IN LISBON!
I have been to many coworking offices and Avila is my favourite for sure. This place is amazing. And the owner, Carlos is the best community manager I've met. They make you feel home and welcomed.
The wifi is super good, they have meeting rooms and phone bots. There is also a terrace which is perfect when the weather is nice. They have free coffee, hot chocolate, tea, fruits and cakes.
Every week they do different events, like cheese & wine day, chocolate cake day or pizza day. :)
Not to mention that the location is great.
My personal favourite is the lounge area that looks like a living room. I highly recommend to try it out if you are in Lisbon. You won't regret it.
