I saw some houses with them, they are little kids in disarray they believe that a tie is enough to be a professional ......... then you ask them some technical things and they are amazed, selling a house is not a game !!!
My wife and I have bought and sold with the agency Tecnocasa Immobiliare San Biagio S.r.l. and we can say that we advise all our friends to do it with them and especially with the agent who followed us, which is Mrs. Solazzo, a very scrupulous and professional agent ... both when we were the buyers, and from sellers. Then it is normal that if today like today people think of selling beyond logic and buying at the lowest price ... there is no agent there.
Too young and inexperienced. Making the real estate agent is not for everyone.
Be careful of doing business with them! They are unprofessional, communicating on Whatsapp rather than by email. As if that were not enough, they could sell your dream house to the highest bidder even if they are negotiating with you! A big disappointment from the Tecnocasa brand!
