My parents, now deceased, bought an apartment in 1998 in a residence managed by SOCAGEST du BARCARES. During all these years, I have witnessed the serious and rigorous work of all the staff of the Syndic. Special mention to the head of the "Claims and Litigation" department who, on several occasions and following water damage, coordinated, with great professionalism, the investigations and directed the work in order to restore the apartment.

In proven illegality! What about a manager, who notes as "present" an absent co-owner and who asks that he send his power backdated ....... The AG is quite simply null, and the trustee has his responsibility engaged for professional misconduct!
In addition, when work was refused during the AGM which took place a little over a month before, we can put the work back on the agenda, of an EGM but with "new quotes" . This is obviously not the case, not to mention the fact of the obligation to have several quotes (also non-existent). Faults multiply ......
