I had a very short stay at the Summerlin offices. They charged me over $200 in cleaning fees for a single person office with just a desk, chair and trash can. In the first month, I found two HUGE roaches, one in the bathroom and one in the hallway outside my office. When I cancelled, they delayed sending my refund until I paid an extra $30 kitchen fee... so I reluctantly paid it... it's been 4 months and I still am out my deposit of over $400. I'd give this zero stars if I could.

What a NIGHTMARE! Don't fall for this 'catch'. I signed up for 2 Years,
they don't care at all - they didn't even persuade me to renew the lease. Worst customer service. I spoke in person with one of the Sales Managers at that time and she simply forgot to change terms in conditions on my lease. Guess what? I had to go through 800 number and they forward me to the same 'Manage' - she simply hung up on my face and laughed. I never in my entire life wrote any reviews for any businesses, trust me.
Don't even think about it! Signed a month to month and discontinued due to heavy travel for a client. Was here maybe 3 times for less than an hour each time, and being charged over $150 for a cleaning fee. They then sent me photos to tell me how dirty the office was upon move out, which is clearly left from the occupant before me, given the photo is from under the desk, behind the desk parts, etc. Funny they go to the extent of taking an under the desk photo to prove why I shouldn't get that money back, there's no way being in that space for less than 3 hours in total caused marks on a wall behind a desk unit. Also provided incorrect instructions on how to get my deposit back. Trying to keep the $150 cleaning fee wasn't worth all the negative reviews...
This place does everything they can to rip you off. They don't tell you about several fees that are due upon moving out. They also had no problem taking my money but then when it was time to refund my deposit my account information was not correct. I have been wait over 60 days now for my deposits and they just said it will be another 2-3 weeks. This place is a joke
Local staff is acceptable but corporate accountability is literally non-existent. Look for a more responsible company that values their customers.
