This used to be a really great place. But when the pandemic began, things just got worse and worse. Incorrect invoices. Double billing. Lousy service or no service at all. They just don't care anymore.
The offices share a plenum space above the ceiling. The noise from one office is easily heard in the next. Also, when finishing your contract, make sure you watch Regus's billing very carefully as well as search out how to request your deposit back from them. They will purposely try to bill your for things like "business continuity" fees that you probably do not need and they will try to hold your deposit as long as possible. I am sure that is just part of their business plan. I will never use Regus again.
Our Corporate office has been here for over 2 years and we are so happy. The Receptionists, Kara and Vanessa, are so gracious and helpful and although we answer our own phones they do a great job with that service (if you need it.) The shared kitchen is perfect for us and always stocked with coffee/tea options and clean, the meeting room has all the latest technology options, the underground parking is a life saver this time of the year and the location is perfect for us office ladies. Thanks Regus Gramercy!
I really like our Regus Gramercy office environment and facilities. And all the Team, especially Kara and Vanessa, are awesome. Great service. Good value for money. Great location. Thanks for all you do.
