We had to cancel your vacation due to health problems and the agency keeps 25% as a penalty on the total booking price.
What is very disappointing is to keep 25% on the price of ski lift passes:
- The agency did not buy them because we canceled more than a month before the stay.
- The lifts never opened this year with the covid and on the date of our stay they were closed.
That's it, more than 10 years that we are customers with them and no commercial gesture!
I really do not recommend. Already the reception is often deplorable.
I am a shopkeeper too and luckily I do not treat my clients like a cala, I would be ashamed to take advantage of the health crisis to keep clients' money like that!
Friendliness is not at all the strong point of a brunette woman with glasses whom we had to deal with twice during our stay at La Toussuire in January 2021. She serves at the agency and does not give us at all want to come back.
Deplorable welcome. The rented apartment is dirty. The sheets provided by the agency are too small for the duvets. Do not know where the rented parking space with the apartment is located. In short, high-end service!
Very good follow-up of the file upstream. Very pleasant on the spot. The rented apartment was perfect. I recommend !
