Convenient
Nice coworking for like 6 RM per day, friendly people and decent internet. Highly recommended. There are food options around.

Ok. Just hard to find the stairs and way if you're new to this area. Lack of Proper signboard. Other than that, the place is good and convenient for small event/meeting.
The parking ticket price also expensive. Just to let others know. So you didnt get shock when you pay the tickets
