I took a vacation in Kolberg in July, I was born in Poland, have lived in Germany for 30 years, have been going to Kolberg for years, and have often bought jewelry from kruk. Advice was okay until the earring I bought in Galeria kruk broke the same evening is, I went back there the next day to complain about it, I never dreamed that it would be so difficult. The seller said the goods would only be sent to Krakow and there it will be decided whether I will get my money back or whether the earring will be repaired, the whole thing will take up to 2 weeks, unfortunately my vacation was only 4 days, new earrings could be I don't choose. Finally I agreed that the earrings would then be sent to me, after which the boss told me that they would not send anything to Germany because it was at her expense, I was so powerless when I asked her what I should do now After all, I have now lost money and no goods, said the lady, that was my problem. The worst was the saying from the nice boss, if I come from Germany, why do I buy jewelry in Poland, then I should kindly buy my jewelry in Germany, that hurt me and made me angry, I realized then nothing like that at all, just ask me if you also said that to a French, English etc. so to all foreigners you have to buy your jewelry in your own country. I don't know if the ladies realize that their job is because of the tourists and I think the majority come from abroad. So that was my last purchase at kruk.
