Been using this space for more than 6 months. The space is poorly maintained and had a serious bug problem (rats and mosquitoes). There is no conference room available as it is occupied full time by another company. And the cabins are poorly constructed and has no soundproofing.
The central team is very prompt in asking for rent but doesn't bother to rectify the problems here. If you really want a peaceful office environment, I would encourageyou to look at other options
