For 3 days we have been calling and messaging this company. They see our messages and are ignoring us. There are many other services in Nepal at lower commission rate.
I strongly suggest all customers to try other services first. This service only seems interested in higher rental prices. I was looking for 2 office spaces, and an apartment or home. I started with a request for 15,000 for a single room, just to test if they had anything. I would have gone higher, but they won't reply.
I had my friends call them, asking for higher priced places, and Rental Nepal was ready to help.
THEY WANT ONLY HIGHEST COMMISSIONS!
Nice place if unneed to rent / buy
They have a fair share in increasing the rental costs around kathmandu. They operate with a simple fundamental idea - they take a month's rent after the lessee and lessor have reached an agreement. As a result I believe they over value properties and its corresponding reimbursements.
