The most unreliable, arrogant and unprofessional service company I have ever dealt with. Has no interest to represent neither the concerns of the homeowner nor the tenant.
When asked, they explain that you have to come to terms with your decision and simply open the phone - you call that effort?
In addition, it would be more honest if positive reviews did not come from your employees.

Unfortunately, one can only confirm the many negative assessments: ignorant, unfriendly, incompetent and, above all, dubious.
Emails are simply ignored.
No answer or reaction.
In face-to-face conversations on site, the customer will even be insulted if one addresses the grievances (especially the wrong bills).
Contractual agreements are not adhered to and how the billing is processed defies any (mathematical) logic. One comes to the conclusion: either these people cannot even begin to do what they are paid for (in particular to carry out accounts correctly, not to mention the rest) or - and this is more suspected after the whole odyssey - there are CONSCIOUSLY wrong accounts issued.
The same errors in the accounting that have already been complained about (double taxation of items is at the top of the list, but there are still a few more curious ones) happen again and again, strangely enough.
Obviously nice "Körberlgeld" for the company. I don't want to know how many "bonuses" the company earns each year.
I'm curious how long they can get away with it ...
For the sake of good order: the experiences relate to Stiller & Hohla / IRB (IRB is a subsidiary of Stiller and Hohla - however, Stiller knows about it)
Disinterested property manager, constant contact person change! Entrance doors remain defective for years and cannot be opened and closed properly_
Despite repeated reports from the house residents, communal washing machine remains defective for weeks!

the corona pandemic is a bad epidemic. But there is worse. If you are a co-owner of a residential complex that is managed by the Stiller & Hohla property management company from Salzburg, you'd better give yourself the ball. This saves you a lot of time, money and unnecessary trouble.
This property management company is the worst company I have ever met as property management company. Not only unfriendly, incompetent, sometimes offensive but also extremely ignorant.
Letters are not answered or only after a reminder. The same also applies to letters from attorneys. Annual accounts are drawn up incorrectly over several years, despite complaints. Costs will be charged that are not applicable. The cost distribution is not shown transparently, so that it is sometimes not understandable for the owners. As soon as you as the owner defends yourself against unjustified claims, you are portrayed as a dork and covered with reminders.
So guys, FINGER AWAY!
I have only had bad experience with this property management company.
