When asked who are you? - she asks me the same question! And in such an indignant tone, as if I broke into her house !!! Dear heads of the medical institution, please pay attention!
They got nasty like in a public hospital, but they took it for it like in a private one. Service at zero. So much so that they did not even send me for examination, did not offer to take tests, without a direct question the doctor did not call for a second appointment. In general, for my own money, I was imposed on the provision of services for which I came and for which I was ready to pay money.
P.S. for those who still doubt. On the therapist's question about complaints, I answered: "cough, fever, runny nose." The therapist looked at me meaningfully: "I sat in the corridor for 20 minutes and did not hear anyone coughing." Well, here, first of all, you have to prove that you are bad enough to be treated. To take a word or to do tests is too much honor. And secondly, I may not understand something, but it seems like it’s impossible to receive visitors who entered the office before me and sit in the corridor at the same time. In general, I will summarize. If you, like me, want to come to a private clinic and receive not only good treatment, but also an acceptable attitude towards yourself as a client, then you are not here.
