Definitely 5-star service. Love this place as everywhere is clean and the room is quite big. The fitness room is very beautiful. The gel alcohol smells so nice that we really want to buy it. Ginger restaurant where we had lunch is also nice. Delicious food.
The hotel located close to the Main Street. Quite far from the beach. The front staffs not much professional. We had book for the room on pool side but, they provide us face to the construction site instead. The room was not ready at 2PM as they claimed. There was no welcome drink or bellboy to carry the luggages. Nice deco in room with simple amenities. Mainly only local tv channel. The international channel didn’t work properly. The food and beverage in room a bit too expensive.
Very new, neat , clean and tidy. The benefits of this hotel is you can book for pampering yourself with many kinds of massage and spa treatments. At this moment their breakfast buffet also served in a new normal way.
