You can park your car in the mall parking lot and walk right into the building to check-in on the 16th floor.The receptionist offers warm, friendly and impressive service.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the main thing is that the view is very beautiful. The facilities are impressive. Suitable for staying with someone special.

32nd floor is beautiful scenery for watching international firework festival in Pattaya. Great service. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Room is so clean and breakfast is fantastic. Recommended and will be back. Only one thing about noise of the night from area around hotel. If hotel already use double glazing window please use double double glazing
Very nice place to go for afternoon tea, overlooking the ocean. They just need to better train their security to not try to kick you out of their parking area without first checking if you have come to visit the hotel or not. It was nicely resolved by the Duty Manager anyway. Recommended.
I am a long standing HHONORS member so was surprised that I was not welcomed as such for my 4 night stay. The person checking me in could not be clearly understood because of accent and muffled effect of the masks. Even as a HHONORS member I was not given access to my room until after 3PM. The room seemed cold and sterile rather than warm and welcoming because of everything being the same light color. There was an ocean view balcony but no chairs or other furnishings to relax and enjoy the view. This is the very first Hilton Property that did not have face cloths to wash with. The shower while being separated from the toilet area flooded the entire toilet floor.
There was one bright spot that I appreciated greatly. The front desk supervisor (Soda). She was everywhere and doing everything to make all guests feel special. I saw her at check in, at breakfast and while in the Executive Lounge. Soda is one of those rare people that can assist 5 people at the same time while each feel special. Very refreshing.
Beautiful hotel with a great infinity pool. The receptionist named “Joe” was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back and recommend others to come!
