Strategic location at the center of the City! Walking distance to the CIQ and near to plenty of location with cheap and nice food, just nice for all the office worker!
Besides, the coworking space not just fully equipped with all the essential facilities but also has an art gallery which showcasing all the local artists drawing.
Well, here also provide co-living space which is affordable and much cheaper compared to hotels around.
Lastly, special endorsement to the PIC who always provides friendly service and free smile to everyone :)

A space which offers more! Loving the art gallery, cozy environment, services and people! If you are looking for a space to chill, work or discussion but do not know where to go, this is definitely the place. Near to a coffee shop too!
