Good.. east facing property.. good parking space, electricity and water supply.. very near from the main Hawa Sarak road.. good option for a bank or company to open here as it is the 80feet main road and not much traffic as well. For startups, they are offering from 2,000 RS per seat which I found is reasonable.
Total Waste of time , I visited the office as per given images on Google but nothing same there. Only 3 chair available , no AC, no water, no vantilation , it's totally waste of time to visit. The attitude of guy is very non technical and rude.
They have both te options..
1. You want coworking space or shared space, the rent is 2,000 Rs per seat which is the cheapest I found in Jaipur. Best suitable for startups who cannot afford high rents with employees less than 10.
2. You want a private space for your office, the rent is around 20K per month.
They agreed to get it customised as per my need. Great place. Five stars!
